ACFN undertook a series of events in 2005 called TRIUMPH to discover what’s really working in communities across the country in the promotion of health and wellness, and to celebrate the successes of local programs that are making a difference.  In January of 2006, ACFN released a report on its observations.  The report is entitled Successful Grassroots Health and Wellness Programs: Exploring Common Traits.
